A Little Place
Challenge
To create a brand for a new independent hotel chain. To define the brand strategy, find a viable trade-markable name, and create the brand identity system for a new group of homely and affordable self-service hotel ‘stays’.
The branding launched with the acquisition of the first hotel property, the historic Fairlawn House near Stonehenge.
Solution
The name A Little Place reflects the core idea of the brand, that the most meaningful experiences are often found in the quietest corners - intimate, welcoming spaces that feel less like a hotel and more like home.
The branding embraces a minimalist, welcoming visual style - featuring lifestyle imagery and a soft, calming colour palette. Its storytelling invites guests to step into the hotel’s narrative, emphasising authentic experiences and the creation of lasting memories.
